Apple iOS 4.1 update
apple announced the iOS 4.1 update for the iPhone and iPod touch. This update fixes several bugs, including the ones regarding the proximity sensor, Bluetooth and some specific to the iPhone 3G. Among new features, we get a new HDR (High Dynamic Range) in iPhone 4 for taking good pictures. In this mode the phone takes three photographs in quick succession at a low, normal and high exposure vale and then combines them into one image which has good mount of details in the bright as well as the dark areas, which would have been lost otherwise.

k iOS 4.1 update will be made available next week for certain iPhone and iPod touch models and the iOS 4.2 update will be made available for the iPad in November. Both the updates will be free of cost.
