How to Pair and Unpair Apple Remote With Apple TV 2G

Apple TV can be configured to respond only to a certain remote. The Apple Remote works with the built-in IR receiver on Apple TV just like other Apple products.  You can set Apple TV to work only with the included remote by pairing Apple TV and the remote. Pairing can be very useful in case you have multiple Apple products i.e. iMac, MacBook and Apple TV. Using remote universally can cause nearby experience issues since remote working with all devices.
Note : By default, the included remote comes unpaired.
